The Service

New Jeneration Finance has developed a Strategic Partnering Programme in response to demand by financial planners and accountants for a finance resource which does not take their advisors attention and time away from their main operating activity.

We provide them this finance capability which allows them to provide a totally integrated service to their clients without increasing their operating costs or time commitment.

We also like to spend time with our new partners up front in order to understand their business in depth. We believe that this helps maintain the integrity of the referral when speaking to their clients. By understanding our partners businesses, their client relationship philosophy, and what their vision is for their company, we believe that we will only add value to their relationships by bringing this knowledge to our discussions with their clients.

When a partner refers a client to us, we try to understand what their recommendations have been to the client with regards tax and or investment choices so that we will always make our recommendations to the client within the framework set by the partner.

All you have to do is phone or email us the details of your client - templates provided - and we will do the rest, whilst at the same time respecting your relationship with your client. We find that an advisor's client relationship can be enhanced by the fact that the client believes that their advisor is providing them with the best of the best in all areas of their financial management.

We work hard to build a trusted relationship with our advisors and their clients by providing a service which is at all times professional and committed.

How Does It Work?

  • Our contact with your client will be dependent on what you prefer. Most of our advisors request that we meet with their client and trust us to respect their relationship with the client.

  • You can let us know what your advice to your client is prior to us meeting with them to ensure that any recommendations we make are in line with yours.

  • We let you know what our recommendations are and keep you informed throughout the whole process as to where your client's loan is at.

  • We have an extensive programme of contact with you to ensure you are always in the loop.

  • We also have a contact programme for solicitors and other parties involved in the loan process.

  • We advise you as soon as settlement occurs and provide you with loan details.

  • We have an ongoing programme of service for our clients which will only enhance the service their advisors provide. 

  • We are happy to hold seminars in your offices on loans etc
